GRADING POLICIES:
Courses are graded on class attendance and practical skills as exhibited during the course.
Based on this, the class participant would either pass or fail as the instructor sees fit.
If a written test is offered as part of a given course (not all of the courses include a written test), 80% is passing.  A class participant can make-up the test within a month of the course without an additional fee.

Should a participant need to leave early or come late, with advance notice they can make up the lost time by scheduling additional time with the instructor.  If a class participant misses more than ½ day of a two-day course, they will need to repeat that part of the course at the next scheduled course.  Three-hour class meetings will need to be made up in order to satisfy the course requirements.  A scheduled meeting with the course presenter would need to take place.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE:
Should any complaint arise from a class participant, the presenter, upon hearing the nature of the complaint, will address the issue and take whatever action might be appropriate.
